Can I find a buyer for this one?
This mobile home sits on a 7000sf lot. It's in terrible condition to say the least.
It's in a small town of Taft, CA.
There are possibly hoarders living in it. Roof leaks there's hole on one side no cabinets no appliances. Over grown grass.
Lot is zoned for manufactured homes.
My question is will someone still be interested in it if I get it real cheap. The lot itself is worth 10k
Can the mobile home still be salvaged? I doubt that though.

Everything you describe about the mobile home sounds like a nightmare. Perhaps you can get the land, and move one or more MH's that are in better condition to it. Make money from selling the homes, then collect lot rent. Other possible options... buy/hold, buy/resell, buy/build (then rent or flip).
