The staffing number might be for on site management?  

I'm thinking maybe since I would no longer be paying rent and still working so I would not be losing any money, also my tenant would be paying my mortgage.... but this is why I am reaching out to you.

@Chukwudi MotanyaYou can start by looking for the state MLS site and then checking for statistics and eventually find the county you're looking for.

It's better to lose individual properties instead of multiple investments at the same time.  

I don't want to lose a good tenant so we keep going.

I don't know much about it but I have read the ultimate beginners guide on this site and hope to learn more from the experienced people on this site.  

As far as Zillow, just like Realtor.com and others, those are marketing sites that are reselling your info.
