Good places to find Summary Market Report?

Hi all,

I am trying to put together a deck to raise money with friends and family for multi family investment purchasing. I am trying to find summary reports on different markets so I can begin sourcing information. Woudl anyone know of places where I can find summary market reports on different cities?
