That's how I found out about Bigger Pockets was through YouTube.

As opposed to thinking about starting this kind of company, grow my carpentry business, buy houses, make videos for youtube...the list goes on and on about what my brain thinks about to make money.  

I came across bigger pockets on YouTube while searching for videos about real estate.

Even all of the youtube videos I have watched about non-performing note investing do not mention or cover any of the potential risk factors relating to investing in non-performing notes.
