Maybe you can find a service provider who can handle printing and posting of the mailings for you if you have addresses you want to use. 

I get that you don't have to be at the office to generate business, but it is a really great place to be to call/prepare/print flyers/print marketing materials/write notes/send out postcards/letters.   

You will need at least a little money, but in theory, you could get away with as little as $12 or less total to get started.Say you find a house by driving neighborhoods, you send a letter to the property owner( $0.44 for a stamp, maybe $1.07 including tax for a box of envelopes from the Dollar Tree, and maybe $0.15 to print a letter at your local library).

There are different types of advertising (print, billboards, websites, social media etc).

In my humble opinion, out-of-control government spending and the printing of currency is the real culprit here.

The Texas company could not do anything but print papers and notarize. 

Hence 3d printed, pre-fabricated ADU models.

As a CPA at the end of the year, i don't care if it's excel, a sheet of paper or a QuickBooks print out.

I dunno.. but now at least you have the blue print I use for success.
