Hi yall! I’m a wholesaler in the DFW area. But I’m currently working with a seller in Oklahoma. Me an my wife are just wondering if we have to use a title company in Oklahoma or we can use our title company out here? If anyone can help with this question we have or the process of buying out of state this is our first time wholesale out of state! Thanks for yalls time have a great one!!
