Does anyone have any advice of how l should go about securing portfolio lending and other creative lending forms?

Keep in mind that your deal rate will be based on several factors 1) Using a quality list, 2) Getting the attention of your prospect (be creative with your mail pieces), 3) Entice them to call (use good copy - short copy will promote a higher response but less qualified leads and a long copy will promote less response but more qualified leads), 4) Be ConsistentIf you fail at any one of those, you're wasting money on direct mail.  

It was a combination of preparation and knowing when it was time to stop preparing and just go for it and see what happens.It has been cash flowing very well so far, as it was projected moderately well at purchase and rents in the area have only risen since then.

I've had to get creative with my old buildings getting wi-fi'd and such and it's been worth it.     

My question-How do you personally overcome this objection or teach your referral partners and clients to come to you with creative files but not miracles?  

I'm great at answering challenging questions with creative solutions.

I am preparing to get my WA agent's license through online courses.
