REI meetings, clubs and portfolio lending Quesitons

Hello BP Family,

This is my first post on BP and am excited to begin networking and learning from you all. 

I am a new REI. l would like to know where all the REI meetings and clubs are in Nothern NJ. I am looking to network with other investors and real estate professionals, so that l can continue down this road. Does anyone have any advice of how l should go about securing portfolio lending and other creative lending forms? I have read ALOT of material and talked to a few other investors, but l still need some guidance. I would love all the advice from all investors.
