hey all,

curious as to know how much capital you started out with when you first began REI, particularly in relation to what your first property cost, the downpayment, and how things played out with it (cashflow, how quickly you recovered your investment, etc.)

thanks for any info!

I started with a 40k down payment (36k down and 4k closing costs) and 5k for back up. I had to put 25% down. It was a 4b 2ba single family home.
