The amount of complaints regarding heat (too hot, too cold), not enough hot water or people just leaving the water running for no reason was enough for me to realize growing up that I will no matter what make tenants pay for their utilities.Currently we have a 3 retail store strip, each pays their own heating but the water is split 3 ways evenly.

Buy a dumpster bag at the big box hardware store and/or Amazon, fill it, and call to have it hauled away.  4.

@Garreton SmithHi Garreton,Walking distance services and stores the intended residents will like.Such as certain fast foods, liquor stores, grocery store, convenience stores, medical services, nothing too upscale/unaffordable.Good Lighting at night on the street vs. where the street lights get shot out by the local criminal element so they can sell drugs in darkness.Good Luck!

Boeing, Damlier/Chrysler, Volvo all have built manufacturing plants here and following on their heels we have Costco building a second store, Lowes and HD both building more stores, Lowes Foods and Aldi's entering the market even as Harris Teeter and Publix continue to expand, Whole Foods/Amazon, etc, etc...
