Hey BP Family,

I'm currently looking to get in the space of low-income/ section 8 investing. What are some metrics or tips for picking the right location for these investments. I'm currently looking at a redevelopment project that I think would be good for low-income/ section 8 housing. I based it on the income-level and class of the neighborhood. Any other tips that can lead me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Garreton Smith
