zip 76140 in Fort Worth and 76010 in Arlington
I'm from out of the state. Any ideas if Fort Worth zip code 76140 and Arlington 76010 are good rental investment areas? What's the tentant pool? Vacancy Rate? Safety? etc. Many thanks!

Occupancy rates are very high here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. some reports have them north of 90%. But the stat to key in on is how many days on market comparable rentals in the same neighborhood are going for. Through out the Dallas/Ft. Worth area I am consistently seeing 17 days on market for a rental before it is under lease. The real questions you need to ask regarding the two zip codes in Ft. Worth & Arlington you suggested is what price are you willing to pay for the property, what rents your seeking, and what is your desired cash flow at the end of the day?
