Hello, a little bit about me, I’m 30 years old from Florida I moved up to Alaska a while back where I commercial fish, I make 6 figures a year but I’m gone 7-8 months a year which is extremely taxing on my life, mental health and mirage, and over all happiness, I realize I want financial freedom to be home more with my family , and do the things I know I’m meant to do.

Im not sure about health or any burdens he has at the moment but to make the deal more suitable for him i put the 5 year balloon so he is not waiting until he is 77 to get his 500k.He isn't selling on owner finance it was just something he was interested in listening to because i brought it up, so again i'm trying to structure the deal to best suit him and entice him to do it rather than accept a low ball cash offer which i don't have right now.

  ( which is me since I left my bagging groceries job at 18 when i got my RE license.)So for me there was only one reason to be in real estate and that was to afford shelter cloths and food and have a decent home to raise my children.the by product of this was being truly self employed at such an early age and realizing that I needed to handle my own health insurance and save for tax's and many other things that being a W 2 folks dont think of.. you know vacations cost us big time in RE sales in lost revenue and then the cost of the vacation.However for me I grew to like it a lot..
