I usually talk to them several times a week, show them the houses in person on a video call, share some of my networking and expertise, contractors ETC.

The apartment complex in Ohio did a video tour of the apartment to be leased.

I recently came across some articles and Youtube videos talking about purchasing properties and offering "Rent to Own" instead of a long term hold. 

I've heard Brandon mention this in many podcasts, videos, webinars, etc. and have run my own numbers on the matter but am curious to see what others come up with.

I plan to create a video tour and post online but is this enough? 

Reading books, articles, watching videos, attending webinars, researching your market, learning a new skill etc. all can help big time.

Better pictures and videos on the other hand may help a lot.

What I have been asking of web developers who do freelance work for us is that they provide me with brief video tutorials so that I can make changes myself down the road.

When my contractor completes each set, he will send me pictures and videos of the completed work and once I approve it, then I send him a draw of money from the rehab budget.

I also use and really like the digital guest guidebook you can create through Hostfully since you can embed videos for instructions on anything you want (ie how to use the hot tub, tvs, dishwasher, etc.)
