Renting a property during Covid

Hi, my tenants are not willing to let me show the an apartment to prospective tenants because of Covid (they would wear masks etc.). I would appreciate anyone else's experience with trying to rent a property in this situation. I plan to create a video tour and post online but is this enough? How have you dealt with this situation?

Thank-you in advance for your feedback,

Michele

@Michele G. we have photos and videos. At turnover we wait till tenant is out. Clean thoroughly, do any paint or mtce. Show and rent. The big risk is current tenant does not leave on time and new tenant has to move into a hotel. (on your dime)
