Do i keep renting and invest in rental property or buy a house first and save for the rental. i know zillow and remax are good places to look for houses. is there another website i could go to find great deal. i live in bucks county pennsylvania. can you guys give me some advice on how to start, and where in PA i can buy good rental or my first home. to be honest i only have 10k to start.thanks.

@George Messiha it sounds like you are just getting cold-calls from agents who want to make a few bucks... similar to yellow letters in the mail from wholesalers that see you own a property.
