Would you buy a mobile home "hybrid"
Would you buy a mobile home on a permanent foundation that has been modified (added onto) to the point that it looks like a normal house on the outside, but has a lower ceiling in the "mobile" section of the house? This is a rural property, and while not uncommon, I wouldn't exactly call it common, either. Its a 2 bedroom, one bath, in the city (rural city) limits on a fairly secluded cul-de-sac with only 4 homes.
Ultimately, the question is, do you steer clear of mobile home "hybrids"?
