Greetings BiggerPockets community! Newbie looking to invest in the Tacoma/Seattle area. I'm 21 yrs old and Active Duty Military, I recently started receiving a Housing Allowance and it got me thinking on how I could save some of that money. I stumbled on REI and have been educating myself ever since. I enrolled in Elite Legacy Education for a RE course and paid $26.5k total - some might say that's stupid but we all find our way and I'm thoroughly enjoying/learning from the course, and it's providing me an excellent foundation and knowledge base to work off of. I've read the Rich Dad Poor Dad series and a whole slew of other great popular RE/Business books. I have started attending the local REI meetings in Seattle as well.

At the end of this month I'll be postured to make my first deal as some private money is "maturing" in my account for a down payment with a conventional loan. It's a Buy/Rehab/Sell strategy until I get enough Seed Capital for Buy/Rent/Hold properties. My Broker is sending me a deals or two to get me on my feet with some experience (great guy I know).  I am super excited to have found this website! Everyone knows so much - there is literally wealth and riches to be found in the posts on the forum!

If anyone can recommend Power Team members who you've worked with in the Tacoma/Seattle, WA area:

General Contractor(s)*  (biggest need as of now)

RE Agents/Realtors*

RE Attorney*

I am all about Networking, if anyone in the area would like to meetup and talk RE I would never hesitate! THANKS!
