Free: Rental Listing Sites and Syndication

I wanted to share with everyone my Rental listing method and Syndication patterns.(Updated July 2016)

I have always had the best results with Zillow, HotPads, and Trulia.

I typically post in Zillow and Rentlinx first.

What do you do when a realtor calls asking to show the home that is listed on these free sites by the owner?

I typically get anything from them asking for 1 month rent to half a month.. I think 1 month is ridiculous since I am listing and showing the house, writing the lease agreement, etc..

What is a good response? I want the potential tenant but want to pay the realtor that's adding little to no value as little as possible.

Thanks,

Long time BG fan... First post
