Then again in some cases you probably do want to be found.....if your house is burning down....if there are some kind of liens on the house...city, HOA, etc. 

I burned off 1 1/2 days of my three day trial and cancelled it before my commitment went hard.

But the good news is that I’ve got a great W2 as a project manager and engineer.

It burned a pot and set off the smoke alarms.

We just check for Obituary Records for family members, and call them for information using on line search engines which are numerous.  

However, there is some very nice engineered hardwood throughout the house.  

After that, I don't know how I'll engineer a conversation with them...

It doesn't matter that in it's as-is state it could be worth 1,100,000 and stabilized ARV is close to 2 million.I am told the banks were burned during the last downturn and now want to put onerous terms on borrowers even with HML money.
