Hello, my name is Joe Detlefsen and I live in Olympia Washington. I've been on BP for a while just lurking. And then Mr. Brandon Turner telling me to go fill one of these things out on the podcast got me to commit. I graduated with an engineering degree out of Western Washington University but then realized how boring that would actually be. I want to be a real estate investor. Not just one of the people that say they want to do it and then never commit.. But one of the guys that makes this decision and then sticks with it. I don't want to be stuck in that traditional world all of my closest friends seem to think is the "right" way to live. That's just not my style, not my ideal life. That's why I'm here!
