Upfront there is some extra paperwork that needs to be filled out for Denver Housing Authority, but overall it was a smooth process.

The advancement in motor home and trailer design with slide outs, insulation and cabinetry has an edge to tiny home design and construction with the added advantage of chassis design and construction which enables over the road possibilities of long range mobility.

A good broker can help you understand all your options, will work hard to make sure the deal goes smoothly, and can get you good terms...a bad broker can completely screw up a deal.Speaking of screwing up a deal: just because a broker quotes you the best terms does NOT necessarily mean that's the broker you should go with.

They should have known better period.I am a big supporter of guests and making sure things go smooth.

I think their experience while not directly in real estate translates fairly smoothly to the operation and management of a real estate investment portfolio or company.

But if the agreement was for them to fix certain items, then I would inspect until they're done (unless there inconsequential enough to let slide)
