First purchase here in Las Vegas. 5/2/3 in a Great Neighborhood.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in North Las Vegas.

Purchase price: $291,400
Cash invested: $4,200

Personal residence. Looking to rent out rooms or maybe rent out the home under section 8. Section 8 seems like a deal. Might be able to rent the home at 2200 per month. PITI is approx 1400. :)

Looking for local RE meet up groups here in Las Vegas. Would love to join and meet local like minded people.
