The doorbell is probably an AC solenoid doorbell, which means when current flows through the solenoid, a magnetic field is generated, thus creating a force which pulls the plunger to the plate (ding).

I've fielded leads and looked at properties but have yet to make a deal, but with that said I was also at a point where I wasn't sure which steps to take first.This is what got me started: I like to work backwards, find some buyers in area and tell them I market for discount properties and would it be ok to alert them with anything I find.

I left that employer after about 2 months and have about 100 days in with my current employer with better pay and benefits than both pre ious jobs and in my field as an industrial mechanic.
