Wassup everybody. Thanks for welcoming me in advance. This site has been a big help for me and my future thanks to you guys so keep up the posts. I just want to introduce myself, Antonio Johnson out of Atlanta, GA, I'm a new wholesaler in the market. I've read plenty of info on here, and research on YouTube (S/O to Sean Terry) and I know I have the knowledge to complete a deal and soon network with you guys to bring more income to our accounts. Motivation has never been the obstacle for me so I'm pumped up ready to get this thing rolling. The only setback I have is of course, the paper work, the escrow agencies, but this time not the buyers. Haha you suspected I wanted help in finding buyers, I'd appreciate tips but I think I have my ways of finding buyers. Nothing more than the old fashioned bandit signs but on steroids and some other things I'm not clear about yet but I will certainly try out. Remember I am new, don't let my energy fool you into thinking I'm experienced. That's for my sellers to say lol. Enough of the rambling on, if anyone in the Atlanta area of GA period can help me out with the proper contracts to have to complete a wholesale deal, I'd highly appreciate it.
