@Steve Vaughan  welcome to the world of attorneys.. title companies are far more accurate than most attorney firms in my experience.. when I had my HML shop I had to hire a doc review person to review the docs coming in from other states.. the errors were so common and funny..

Hey everyone, still new to the real estate game, so I figured I'd ask now before going down a path where I'm paying two people when I could have had it handled by one.Does anyone know of any firms/agencies in the Tampa region who are both real estate attorneys (to handle LLC formation, contracts, compliance, litigation, foreclosures, short sales, etc) and CPA (to handle taxes and finances).
