I'm new to wholesaling and Real Estate industry. How do I start a legitimate successful business? Do I need a LLC?

How do I keep track of income and expenses?

How do I get Sellers? How do I get buyers? How do I estimate the repairs needed?

Any tips that will help me out along the way? I would like to use less money as possible!

Is anyone is the Maryland or Washington, Dc area??

Judging by the questions you're asking, I don't think your goal should be to start a lucrative wholesale business. You should be looking for a job in real estate to learn as much as you can, and then maybe in a few years when you have some experience and knowledge you can try to branch out on your own.

Wholesaling is a simple process; buy low, sell higher. But it's extremely difficult, especially with no knowledge, experience, or money.
