Visited it with the agent and there was a huge metal fence around it with at least 3 barking pitbulls in 3 of the units and dog poop all over the back yard.

However, with 3 dogs (Am.Staffordshire terriers, aggressive breeds black listed, even tho they are super sweet) it is rather dificult to even find a house rental. yet alone, on a budget while trying to put money in the bank, not draining savings account.so forth, the search has led me here, to start learning how to keep as much of that money in my Pockets and hopefully make them a little bit Bigger.

I am not a realtor, I do keep bumping into RESPA regulations for Realtors that a referral fee cannot be offer for bird dogging properties, etc.Does signing a JV agreement with friends for finding properties be the way to go for a wholeseller to satisfy RESPA, is RESPA even regulations we should be following.
