Hello Bigger Pockets. I'm looking to purchase a home in Jacksonville, the Springfield area to be specific(Flip). Is that a good area to start in? I would like to read everyone's feedback.

Hello Ramal. Springfield has homes ranging for $2million to $2000. That means you better be a serious student of the area so your investment turns to profit. Your local... right? Spend hours, days and weeks walking the area to understand the pockets where it's wise to buy for flips vs. Buy-n-hold. I didn't ask if you're buying for a primary residence, if you are the same applies. However, you'll have more time for your home to appreciate as like many others in the area. Two huge words of caution.... Historic District! Learn everything involved with repair and maintenance requirements in HD's
