Almost paid it all
How would you guys recommend dealing with a tenant who is a family member and 100$ behind on rent and just brought a dangerous dog breed to live with him on the property? I don't want to ruin the relationship but I think I am being taken advantage of.

The dangerous dog breed scares me more than a little rent due. You may not be able to renew your home insurance. (Ask me how I know.) This would be a good excuse to get rid of him and you can blame to insurance company.
