I am genuinely curious what you wish newbies would stop asking or what you wish they already knew when jumping into the game?

How long before we just stop seeing so much on the store shelves because we don't do that in the USA?

The reason the iBuyers are pausing is they don't want a lawsuit from an employee who is sent in to inspect a house and comes down with the virus, and the state orders stopping non-essential work. 

In real estate, negotiations stop when the property is closed and the checks are cashed.

Our income has completely stopped and it may be this way for an extended period of time. 

I’m well into the 700s and have zero debt or current loans out.

I stopped over today after cleaning up a rental , they set it up great , one in the back , and 2 on either side , picnic tables , christmas lights , fire pit , trash cans , lawn chairs  and a volleyball net .  

In PA the Governer stopped all in-person real estate activities. 

I understand I may not have the same borrower protection rights as I would if the mortgage was a conventional loan, and I'm not going to have my bank put a stop or hold on the payment, I just thought it was strange.

It happens, and you can't stop them.
