My old residence is one of my rentals now . Nice 4 bedroom on 3 acres I have my shop there still in a big garage . The house has 3 Adult roommates that have been there 12 years . With this crisis going on they asked if their kids could move in since they lost their full time jobs  but they are working at part time ones .  Its 4 kids in their mid 20's they want to live in the back of the property near the woods in campers . 2 of them already own campers and the other 2 will live in the tenants camper thats already there .  We came to a deal on price and , they get no electric , they have to use honda inverters that are real quiet and build noise barriers . they can use the hose to fill water tanks in the trailers , no guests . Sewage , they need the portable tanks to empty into the septic tank on different days .  I stopped over today after cleaning up a rental , they set it up great , one in the back , and 2 on either side , picnic tables , christmas lights , fire pit , trash cans , lawn chairs  and a volleyball net .  One camper has a 48 inch TV mounted to the outside .   I told them I may have to bring my camper over on a weekend and sit back and relax .
