As a newbie, I would like to know what Real Estate Agents hate about newbies. I am genuinely curious what you wish newbies would stop asking or what you wish they already knew when jumping into the game?

Just any general pet peeves would be helpful :)

This is spot on! It’s very hard to work with new investors because they don’t have their buying criteria dialed in. As an investor it is your job to know the numbers and run them. As an agent I’ll submit your offers and negotiate to get you what you want. Also, if you’re going to submit and offer and I get you what you want you better CLOSE. New investors don’t understand that closing a deal is a TON of work.
