If so what credit history or score will be used to determine the loan?

Hi Account ClosedTo be honest I am surprised it has been so difficult to find a school for licensing classes here in CT.

The reason is that generally the insurance company is able to underwrite each contractor based on their loss history, safety procedures in place, etc.

@Fred Dray My Current situation is we are a property investment company managing it's own portfolio.We outsource most maintenance jobs to individuals.The management arm has been overlooked by me and the Managing Director when he is available.However my big weakness is that as the company is growing bigger I need to build a strong team and I would like to digitize my management(been mostly old school) so as to provide concise reports for company management.Therefore, I have no idea how to go about it as I've been mostly conducting things myself over the years.Please assist on how to go about this...

Its a hot market, awesome schools, safe, very desirable place to live.

I know I can go drive there, look up the school systems, check crime, and etc.. but I want to hear from *you* guys - How do you like investing there? 

I would stay away from the young crowd, as they often tend to be a bit rambunctious (just out of high school, boot camp, or the dorms) and are experiencing "freedom" for the first time.Also not too far from Auburn/Columbus GA is Maxwell AFB in Montgomery.

Do you have payment history information for them?

I can pull past mls history and really look at it to give my opinion...

I went to school near Portland and have since moved back to the Bay Area for work and family.
