Looking To Invest in Portland

Nicholas Largusa

Greetings,

my name is Nick and I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.  I went to school near Portland and have since moved back to the Bay Area for work and family.  My heart still resides in Portland and the surrounding area and I hope to eventually move back there.  My hope is to invest in property up there and use it as my foothold to establish myself in Portland.

@Say Teoh  I think I will put a short white paper together on it. then I can just send it along.

Long and the short of it.. is that Timber in the NW specifically the upper quadrant of the NW Willamette valley in growing sites that are number 1 , 2 , 3 will provide 12 to 14% accrued returns through the growing cycle. And if you happen to harvest in an up log market then the returns go up another 2 to 10%. per annum.

No tenants no toilets can utilize the land to camp on .. or enjoy in other ways..

TAX's are ridiculously low.. my 700 acre treefarm outside of Willimina the tax's were under 1000 a year.. and that on a property we paid 1.8 million for ..

Most of our area is on 3rd grow.. IE old growth  or original timber was harvested in the 1850's  second growth 1950's.. and so you have stands of 30 to 60 YO timber that are 3rd growth and that were strategically replanted to give the highest per acre BD. ft yields.
