Whats different about Columbus??

Hey Bigger Pockets,

I have been researching homes to purchase and flip and was thinking about looking into the Columbus Georgia area. Upon a little investigation I have realizde that quite a few people feel that the market is a bit different in that area, but they did not really specify why. Does anyone have any experience with flipping homes in Columbus, GA to share? It would be much appreciated.

Sidenote: is anyone going to the Scott Yancey Seminar at the Auburn Hotel tomorrow?It would be so much more comfortable if I had someone to go with. I even have an extra ticket.
