New member from South Florida

Hi everybody! My name is Sam and I live in the South Florida area. I have been interested in investing in Real Estate for a while and am just now getting ready to take the plunge. Will be starting off with a flip in the near future, as I have some experience in renovating my home, and flipping can hopefully generate the income to eventually get into buy and holds. I've been listening to the podcasts and reading countless articles from the site, so I am very excited to begin this journey and immersing myself in the BP community.
