Trip was awesome, seen lots of churches, palaces, pitoresque landscapes, talke to interesting people and over all had the time of my life, all coming at a cost, these experiences tired all five of us to death.

I'm born and raised in the Central Coast and I've noticed a positive trend in Oceano but I still choose to not personally invest there because I don't think it'll last and especially with pending dunes shut down.

After getting my job I started talking to my old youth advisor from the church I went to in high school who happened to be a realtor about how I had been thinking about moving out of my parent's house potentially buying a duplex or a single family home that needed some minor repairs.  

The next property I used the credit on was also shut down because of other requirements that "pop up" unexpectedly in order for them not to lend.I have asked several times for a refund of my money and all they have offered was an additional year's subscription.

You may check with your lender to see if there is a workaround but since lenders do not have direct access to appraisers any longer it is very unlikely.I don't have anyway to guess as to the source of the leak but more often than not its really simple such as a bad/broken shut off valve or bad connection.
