It is a great thing and a reminder that purchasing real estate is serious and requires transparency.Non-Exclusive Agency-- If you've signed a Non-Exclusive, you likely would not owe a commission to the agent broker if you found the property yourself, but it depends on the agreement.

So work a little on that.A few other things you could try is "driving for dollars" and look for empty houses or FSBO's and non-Agent "For Sale" signs, take some pictures that will remind you what you looked at, and keep following them up and you never know when they will be a "yes".

What I'm going through now, reminds me to a memory of my tax prepare, of about 10 years, said to me, "play the game, leave the rest up to me"; in essence, put your money into the system, pay your da*n taxes and I will get you an amazing return.This system worked great, until I wanted to start a REI business.So, have you been swayed one way or the other, claiming a mound of business deductions on your business or personal taxes or just biting the bullet and writing the check?
