Is it an ocean front property or have a draw for a family vacation?

This condo is in a prime location for short/mid term rentals near the ocean.

I am just not to sure about the Blue Island area.

If you want be along blue line you can find a 2 unit maybe with a 3rd (not legal) unit in attic/basement for $350-450k needing updates.

If you are in Atlanta you might want to check out Blue Ridge.

We went to Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach SC .  

On step 2 scroll down and if they have a rental agreement you will see it in a blue hyperlink right under the grey "house rules" box. 

In addition, the company will take care of housing and a car for me, so my expenses there will be almost zero.I am debating the offer,On one hand, I love my life in South Florida, I'm near my friends and relatives, and living by the ocean makes me feel good.In addition, I planned to put the property for the first time to AIRBNB, rent an apartment to myself and manage the property myself, an apartment for me would probably cost me around 2200$ a month.I'm afraid if I'm in Colorado I won't be able to give the property enough attention that it deserves...

I will state our duplex STR is in Mission Beach, ~1.5 blocks from the ocean where there are virtually zero owner occupied units.
