Hey Bp,

Been getting a lot of questions regarding str specifically in San Diego county and whether or not they are allowed. I was also approached with a friend to start an str business. I am not sure what the latest is and looking if people know!! Looking to build a STR business here where I live in San Diego county. If I can't what cities counties are STR friendly? Thanks for the input guys!

I am interested in the San Diego area as well because my wife and I live in the Palm Springs area and love to get away from the heat! Because of the recent STR regulations San Diego has put in place, I am no longer looking in San Diego proper. HOWEVER, from the research I have done, there are 6 cities I have narrowed my focus to that are a little less anti-STR. Not perfect, but at least open enough to where I could see myself owning one.
