Blow It Up And Start Over?

No bookings on the horizon due to Covid-19

Have to pay my lenders or sell

I've been asking BP for options and found these:

  1. 1. Sell-my income would take a major hit
  2. 2. You should've saved more-we have 6 months of reserves but we're 3 months into this thing
  3. 3. Find medical professionals-I've called 48 medical related businesses, they've already made their plans
  4. 4. Turn into long-term rental-This is a possibility, but it may not cover everything
  5. 5. BNBBailout.com-I'm trying to confirm if someone on BP has used this and liked/disliked it as I'm considering it

Is there another strategy I'm missing?

Sell the furnishings or place them in storage. Shut off internet and TV. Cancel AirBnB marketing. Place long-term tenants that handle utilities and landscaping. You're not paying booking fees, lodging taxes, credit card fees, utilities, landscaping, marketing, or all the other expenses associated with STR.

If that doesn't pay the mortgage and put a little money back in your pocket, then something is wrong.
