So yesterday I spoke with an investor that purchased a so called 100% renovated and turnkey property in GH.

As I've informed most of my clients, due to interest rates and overall market conditions, Atlanta has become an appreciation-based investment market unless you're implementing a creative strategy such as rent-by-the-room, STR, MTR, etc.

That way someone looking in Chicago for information might find it better.

Although, reality is with all of the information you thought would score you the best tenant, could be so far from who they really are and who you just rented to, all based on documents you spent hours looking over.

I am currently living with family, I was wanting to use my first time home buyer to purchase a multi-family for my first home and stay in a unit while renting the others to start gaining some passive income.
