Las Cruces Investors! I wanted some opinions on flipping in the Las Cruces area. I like that Las Cruces is a college town and the population size is similar to my town in California. How is the real estate market for flipping? Is the College a big part of the town? How long do homes stay on the market? Thank you for any information you can provide.
