Back on Bigger Pockets after a few years away. I have been the Jack of all trades in the real estate industry. I have flipped houses strictly as the investor. I have wholesaled properties. I have a rental portfolio here in Louisville. I am a general contractor who handles both residential and commercial remodeling. 

I have focused a lot on the Portland neighborhood over the past 7 years, flipping and holding houses down there. I love the proximity to downtown and the entry price point. 

Always open to networking and meeting new people and learning new ideas.

 Yes we have expanded outside of Louisville. We will handle projects in other parts of the state when an investor cannot use a local crew that is proximate to the job site. 

For example I’m handling a whole house remodel from the studs up in Eddyville Ky on Kentucky Lake. It’s a 3 hour drive one way. It’s been a little challenging but I think we are about 2 weeks from finishing a 3 level 5 bed /3 bath house so it’s been a big project. 

Especially for our roofing business we have looked at expanding to Lexington.
