@Linda WeygantMakes perfect sense when all I would really be doing would be causing problems where there isn't one anymore.They did renovate, repair, and replace everything and there isn't much more they can do about it.Just viewed it from my perspective if I lived there.

There is a website that has such info: cityview (dot) baltimorecity (dot )gov They have a plethora of information on the city, however its best to come view the developing areas yourself as some projects on the site have yet to take off. 

It probably does not netter but does the new one have the viewing and any amenities that were enjoyed.  

Whichever party one likes, I think we are in for drastic change and I am reading "experts" with way more economic education than I have, with conflicting views of what may be in store.

I personally will never do business with someone who I catch in a lie because as a licensed agent I can loss my license for things that others view as white lies.

@Dave Foster Thank you for the clarification... esp on the withdrawals all being viewed as pulled from profit first.  

(Or anywhere) I've found this house, it's a 3/2.5 with 5000 sqft, on 25 acres with beautiful views, about 15 minutes from town, in a great neighborhood.
