Estimating rent for an oddball milllion $ property

Quick question for investors in the NoVa area. (Or anywhere) I've found this house, it's a 3/2.5 with 5000 sqft, on 25 acres with beautiful views, about 15 minutes from town, in a great neighborhood. Just looking for ballpark estimates, to kind of get a feel for what it might rent for. After a recent refi, the mortgage is 3600 per month. Thanks as always!
