Hello,

My name is Michael Bernhard and i'm new to real estate investing. I'd like to network with others that have more experience in the BRRR technique.

I have 2 rentals in the Nashville/Antioch area and would like to find more deals and perhaps attempt a flip?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
