Moral dilema concerning meth lab in apartment complex

Didn't know where else to post this question but figured this would work.

So apparently, one of the apartment complexes here had discovered that a meth lab existed in one of the units of the property. U.S. marshals and a swat team later the problem was taken care of.

The owners of the property were very quick and thorough in renovating the unit that was running the illegal meth lab which cost them in the ball park of 40k.

The moral dilemma im getting to here is that after the renovations nothing was mentioned to the surrounding unit tenants that live in the building. After the U.S. marshals and swat team fiasco and the bags of evidence being carried out, the people staying there knew something illegal was happening but they didn't know what.

Should the owners/managers of the apartment complex release the details to the other tenants that a meth lab existed in the building? Or would that just be too bad for business and not needed?

(I know these details because I work for a security company that's tasked with keeping an eye on the property from this point forward)
