It is really not rocket science to predict which markets will do well...Follow the education system and STEM jobs growth and you have a good indicator of solid housing markets. 

My interest in Real Estate stems from my family owning a duplex near the University of Cincinnati, where my sisters and I all attend.Over the years, my parents have allowed me to take over paying the bills, maintenance, and leasing of the house.The more I learn about real estate, and see its benefits in action, the more I am sure that I want to make my business around it.I have educating myself on different investment strategies/outlets and plan to start making investments here soon.As I have only a few K saved up, Tax Liens are sticking out to me as good, inexpensive investments if I do my research.I appreciate all the more experienced members sharing all of their knowledge and I look forward to reading.If you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone for chiming in, I think it’s so easy to write off someone as young as @Giovanni Amaya but think that just stems from jealousy that we didn’t get started at that age!

If so, I don't see how that could be caused from the glass door unless your saying water is getting onto the floor from a door that's not sealed properly. 9 times out of 10 it's from improper tile/drain work or shower hardware (spindle, stem, etc).

Initial complaint is that the master is cold not sunroom but stems from heat escape and air entrance from sunroom.

She said there is a leak in the apartment below her and the tenant and owner keep going to her to pay for repairs even though the leak seems to be stemming from poor flashing around their window. 

This is where all of my confusion has stemmed from.

She pays rent, she's entitled to a working apartment.Then I called a repairman -- broken internal stem meant turning the knob was useless.
